Happily Ever Aften is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. The United Postal Service will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for items marked "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office for information regarding your package.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he/she enters the shipping address correctly. You have 24 hours after your order has been placed to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org about an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to make all changes however, we cannot guarantee anything after the 24 hour window. Happily Ever Aften is not responsible and will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.
Happily Ever Aften offers free shipping on all U.S. orders. We ship all items via the USPS because it’s economical and we know your item will get to you as quickly as possible. Once we ship your item, you will receive an email letting you know that your item is in transit. Again, Happily Ever Aften is not responsible for packages that may be lost, stolen or undelivered. Please allow 2-4 days for regular orders to be processed. Once they ship, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days. Please be conscious of possible delays for weather and/or holidays.
Happily Ever Aften does offer International Shipping through USPS for economical reasons. Shipping rates between countries varies, and delivery can take up to two weeks depending on location. Please note that the customer is fully responsible for any and all customs/duty and all other related charges. Again, Happily Ever Aften is not responsible for packages that may be lost, stolen or undelivered. Please be conscious of possible delays for weather and/or holidays.
You will be are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using trackable shipping. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
