Shipping Policy
Happily Ever Aften offers shipping rates both through USPS and UPS. We also provide free standard shipping on orders $100 or more within the United States. Our shipping department ships orders Monday-Friday. Processing can take 2 to 4 days to ship out your order. However, we do strive to process orders within 24-48 hours. Once we ship your item, you will receive an email letting you know that your item is in transit. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be uploaded by the mail carrier. Also, be conscious of possible delays for weather and/or holidays.
Notice: All orders placed with upgraded shipping (not standard shipping) will receive priority processing to ensnare you get your package as soon as possible.

Shipping Options
USPS is our preferred shipping method when free standard shipping is selected at checkout. However, we do ofter upgraded shipping rates through USPS and UPS. These shipping methods are for those wanting to include insurance, rushed delivery or have mail carrier preference. Upgraded shipping rates will vary. The rates supplied to you at checkout are exact shipping costs to mail your merchandise through your selected mail carrier. We do not have any hand in the pricing.

The above information only applies to shipping addresses within the United States. Other shipping methods may be offered at checkout. Including but not limited to; Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day Air and Worldwide Express. Shipping rates will not be refunded if your selected mail service fails to meet their provided ETA date or guaranteed shipping times.
Upgraded Shipping
All upgraded shipping methods, besides Standard Shipping includes insurance through the selected mail carrier. Pricing of upgraded shipping is automatically calculated through USPS and UPS. These rates are based on the weight of your package and your location. We recommend upgrading your shipping, not only for faster delivery but to make sure your order is insured, incase any issues should arise. Such as packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Your selected carrier, USPS or UPS, would be solely responsible on issuing you a refund on your order. If you've experienced issues with lost or stolen packages, we recommend upgrading your shipping.
International Shipping
Happily Ever Aften does offer International Shipping through USPS and UPS at checkout. Shipping rates between countries varies, and delivery can take up to four weeks depending on location. Please note that the buyer is fully responsible for any and all customs/duty and all other related charges. Again, Happily Ever Aften is not responsible for packages that may be lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered. Please be conscious of possible delays for weather and/or holidays.
Return Shipping
You will be are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replacement product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using trackable shipping. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Failed Shipping
If the buyer fails to supply a valid shipping address and the order is sent back to us by the carrier, the buyer will need to pay for the order to be reshipped to them. If the buyer chooses not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be given but there will be a fee. The order in which the buyer refused to have reshipped, will be subject to a 20% restock fee, including the original shipping costs before the refund is issued. Please make sure that all shipping information is correct to avoid this.
Change Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure he/she enters the shipping address correctly. You have 24 hours after your order has been placed to contact us at happilyeveraften@gmail.com about an incorrect shipping address. We will do our best to make all changes however, we cannot guarantee anything after the 24 hour window. Happily Ever Aften is not responsible and will not refund any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.
