How Do I Spend Points?
You can spend your points by logging into your customer account and then clicking on the Rewards tab. Under the 'Rewards' section, you can click 'Redeem' next to the reward that you want to claim!
Do style points expire?
Style points expire 1 year from your last purchase.
Are style points earned from purchases placed with gift cards?
Style points are only earned for every $1 spent, excluding coupons and gift cards.
Are style points earned from leaving review on the site?
Yes, but style points are only awarded for reviews left on verified product purchases. The email used on the review must match your order info for verification. Please note, Style Points for reviews can be applied immediately or take up to 24hrs to post to your account.
What happens if I change my email?
Changing your email will result in creating a new account and a loss in your style points. Style Points can not be transferred from one account to another.
What Would Cause Me To Lose Style Points?
If your accumulated style points have dropped, that's due to 1 of 3 things. You have either cashed in your style points for a reward, you have returned/canceled an order or your points have expired.
Can I Use More Than One Reward At A Time?
Our system only allows you to redeem one reward or coupon at a time during checkout.
Can You Apply The Reward To My Order For Me?
You are the only one with access to the code and it can only be applied by you at checkout via the website. Code must be applied before you complete your purchase and can NOT be applied after.
Are Style Points/Rewards Refundable or Reusable?
Style Points or Rewards are non-refundable. Once they have been used, they can not be reinstated to your account. If you are making an exchange and made the purchase with a reward, that reward can not be applied to the exchange. You will need to pay the difference.
