What does free shipping mean?
Shipping (Standard Ground) is free for all customers in the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship nearly everywhere! We have a flat rate shipping charge for international orders. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
How Do I Use A Promotional Code?
Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into the discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order and we DO NOT price match any past promotions.
Can I apply a promo code AFTER my order has already been placed?
Unfortunately, we can not apply any sort of discount once the order has been placed.
How Do I Use A Gift Card?
The gift card is used in the same place as the discount codes. You are able to use multiple gift cards to complete your purchase.
If I make a purchase with my loyalty points and then return that item will I receive the points back?
No, We do not refund reward points.
Will my order be Taxed?
We charge local sales tax ONLY in the state of Texas. If for any reason, you are charged taxes on your order and you are not ordering from within the state of Texas or shipping to Texas, please inform us immediately.
The item I recently purchased just went on sale, can I get reimbursed for the difference?
Sales can happen at any time, with or without notice, and are not subject to reimbursement on any previous orders.
Why was my order canceled?
We retain the right to cancel and refund any order at any given time. Orders could be canceled due to the following; incorrect pricing, item unavailability owe detect fraud, or any indication of fraud.
